AliceIOT moves cross-border e-commerce parcels at scale. We built the Google Cloud-based platform that holds the whole operation together: a real-time data pipeline that captures parcel dimensions and weight from sensors, an intelligent routing algorithm that picks the optimal path for each parcel, and a daily automated export of structured data (JSON and XML) to downstream partners.

The result is a robust, scalable platform with single-source-of-truth visibility across the entire parcel journey. End-to-end tracking. Transparent, automated, observable.
