Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) is how we connect AI assistants like Claude, and other foundation models that support it, to the tools and data they need. A traditional integration needs glue code per model. A single MCP server makes your systems available to any MCP-compatible client.

Why it matters
Without MCP, every team building with AI ends up reinventing the same connectors. Every reinvention is a new place credentials can leak, audit trails can break, or rate limits can blow up costs. Building once, centrally, with proper guardrails, is cheaper and safer.
