MCP Server Development

Custom Model Context Protocol servers that give AI assistants and agents secure, governed access to your data and systems.

In practice

AliceIOT is a cross-border parcel platform. We built a Google Cloud pipeline that takes dimensions and weight from sensors, routes each parcel, and exports structured JSON and XML to downstream partners every day. One place to expose data and tools, with a trail you can follow.

Plugging AI into your stack

Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) is how we connect AI assistants like Claude, and other foundation models that support it, to the tools and data they need. A traditional integration needs glue code per model. A single MCP server makes your systems available to any MCP-compatible client.

We build MCP servers that expose your databases, APIs, internal tooling, and legacy platforms to AI in a controlled, observable way.

What we deliver

  • Resource-safe tool definitions with scoped permissions and per-user identity.
  • Authenticated, audited access: every call attributable to a real user and reviewable after the fact.
  • Hosting and operations on your AWS, Azure, or GCP tenancy, or fully managed by us.
  • Documentation and onboarding so internal teams can extend the server without depending on us.

Why it matters

Without MCP, every team building with AI ends up reinventing the same connectors. Every reinvention is a new place credentials can leak, audit trails can break, or rate limits can blow up costs. Building once, centrally, with proper guardrails, is cheaper and safer.
