Affinity Water sends field staff into customers' homes to conduct water-saving assessments. Before our work, this involved paper forms, manual data entry back at the office, and slow feedback loops. We rebuilt the whole workflow.
A web-based administration portal schedules appointments and routes engineers efficiently across Affinity's coverage area. The companion iPad app for field staff captures assessments on-site: meter readings, recommendations, photos, customer signatures. Everything syncs back to the central system in real time, feeding analytics that show where the water-saving programmes are working and where they aren't.
Workflows that used to take days of admin now close in hours.
