At AliceIOT, we built the Google Cloud logistics platform for cross-border e-commerce parcels. A real-time data pipeline captures parcel dimensions and weight from sensors, an intelligent routing algorithm picks a path for each parcel, and structured JSON and XML go to downstream partners every day. The platform has end-to-end visibility of the parcel journey.

Operator dashboards sit with Web Application Development, and companion apps sit with Mobile App Development. If the stream holds personal information, Privacy Act duties are part of the same build.
